I have a few comments which may (or may not) help you out.
On the main page, I see too much text and not enough products! Much of the text on the front page would probably be better suited to the "About us" page. I also see a couple products on the page which doesn't show price or info, where the others do. This makes it look incomplete. Company contact e-mails and phone numbers on the main page will also add to a legitimacy feel I think -- people like to know somewhere behind a Web site there is a real person or persons.
The categories link works fine, but perhaps you might get better results by having the specific categories "Books, Tools, Apparel" etc. instead. This will tell shoppers what types of items you sell, without making them search the Web site first to find out.
I also find your Web site has a lack of credentials (Veri-sign, visa verified etc)-- this combined with what seems to be a Canadian company selling in US dollars certainly makes me question the Web site. I also didn't find information on shipping charges, returns, customer support etc.
Lastly, the logo used on your Web site does represent your product line quite well, but I have to admit the design does lend a bit of an amateurish feel to the site. Perhaps using some of that imagery throughout the Web site instead of in the logo might work a bit better.
Good luck!

My immediate reaction, even before the site is completely loaded, is that it looks very "1998" and not very professional. I also agree with Vbeal. Way too much text.

Link was dead when I tried it.
