I want to launch a online store to sell perfums.
I have few money, to pay to a developer company.
I would like que begin with a low budget, but in the future I would like to add aditional features and developements to my site.
I need to be aware that there some things that I must have at this moment, in order to have full flexibility in the future (like languange, plataforms...)

Can I get an advise in order to know, (in the technical point of view), what must I have (or don't have) in the beggining, that can allow me to grow to a Milhion dolar site in the future, and have total flexibility for that?
