You can advertise your website buy signing up into the Google Adword and create a campaign for targeting GEO location and create Ad group and ad after that bid higher to get the top listing in SERPs.

    Google adword is an investment, so this includes $$. But if you invest in this make sure that you have the right product to sell. Because what's investment in you don't have conversions.
