Try to rewrite the article in your own words then there will be no problem I think. I did it and so far I was fine.

Ya definitely, article submission can increase your page rank & boost your SERP.. But you need to have informative articles. PR is based on the quality of your backlinks.

i just wana ask one thing regarding article submission to sites
Is it advisable to write articles specifically for submission purposes only?

What I mean by this is...If i write an article and include it in my website, can i submit this article to an article directory? or do i need to write another one only for submission purposes?

An article submission strategy should form an essential part of promoting your web site, but if you are missing one vital ingredient, most of your efforts will be in vain. This article will show you what you could be missing, and how adding this to your strategy can have a hugely positive effect on the results you get from your article submissions.

Many people seem to believe they can spend just five minutes writing an article, submit it to lots of article directories, and then enjoy an avalanche of traffic to their web site the following morning.

No SEM campaign is complete without SEO. Moreover, since the purpose of SEO is to make the site better for both search engines and users, you may find that it will suffice on its own. In any case, the advantages of SEO over the other aspects of SEM make it clear that, even if you are going to spend additional money on advertising and paid placement, SEO must be your first step in promoting your site.

    Smile Article Submission

Automated tools can be a great time saver, but the most important messages are hand delivered right? So the same should apply on the web...make sure you manually submit it if it is an important resource to give it the best shot at being accepted. Also, if you use some of the free automated programs you may end up receiving a lot of junk emails.

The article directory proposes to make your life easier, providing useful articles, tutorials and information resources from and about various life issues. Here you may find: free business articles; financial and e-commerce articles; free internet tutorials; science and health information; free sport and fitness articles; reference and education articles.

I you submit to article directories as part of your SEO strategy, it's always best to write an article specifically for the directory. You don't want articles on your website duplicated all over the web, otherwise you dilute the potential for your page to be ranked highly. If you have trouble finding the time to write articles, you can outsource it for as little as $4 per 300-word article.

Try elance.com or rentacoder.com for outsourcing. I currently use Pajama Team and have been very happy with the results.

I prefer manual submission over the automatic submission because I know that my articles are actually submitted if I doing it manually whereas in automatic submission, I don't have an assurance if my articles are actually submitted.

Any thing which is a auto submitter will not help in the long run or some times they even might not give you any results too. Search engines always like natural linking to be more specific human submitted. If you are using any auto submitter you might not able to submit your site for the sites which are top and has a very google weightage by google. So do manual submissions. If you could do 10 submissions also will make the difference compared to auto submitter.

Yeah, I agree with the opinion that a number of directories are not indexed by search engines. One must be careful about directories PR before submitting an article.

In fact the technique is that the directories direct traffic coming to their sites to yours through articles you have submitted there. If a directory itself is not ranked then it is a true fact that it would not direct traffic to your site.
