I am writing an article on alternatives to MS Office for small and mid-sized businesses and am looking to find two or three biz owners who have abandoned Microsoft Office in favor of a cloud/outsourced or open source solution -- or who decided against MS Office from the get go. FYI, I will need to interview the two or three business owners the editor and I choose over the phone and will want to know why you decided not to go with/abandoned MS Office, what you are using and why, and how your employees reacted and are dealing with the alternative software/environment.
