CRM Research - Need your help

    Dear,

I am Thomas Vandeputte, last year student Business Administration, specialization 'Management and IT' at the University College of Ghent (Belgium). Like every student in his master year I have the task to do a research.

In my research I would like to find an answer to the question which factors play a role in the selection of a CRM-softwarepackage? CRM or Customer Relationship Management is a marketing and sales support system that helps maintaining customer relations and contacts.

By means of this I could use your collaboration, I am namely looking for persons who are involved with the selection of a existing or future CRM-softwarepackage. These persons could be salesperson, marketeer or informatician.
To make the research more efficient I have made an online enquiry. The enquiry will only take 10 to 15 minutes of your time and will be processed with total anonymity. I hope that I can count on your collaboration.

(I hope my post won't be seen as spam by the moderators)

    Thanks in advance

I took your survey and almost abandoned it. Many questions were asked and answered 2 and 3 times. You should indicate how many pages are left after completing a page so we're not left wondering.

This is intended to rate the significance of a particular submission (not that you click every second option at multiple choice questions just because you are bored and have some free time ;-)

Anyway, it shouldn't be obvious to the interviewee... ;-)
