My 2nd attempt, any suggestions please

Only the homepage and services page are up right now but it's the general template, what are your thoughts.

Very nice. Just one really picky thing - the borders on the center area and on the left nav menu do not match up. On the home page the left nav is lower than the center and on the Services page the center box is lower than the left (this is only at the bottom of the boxes). Like I said....really picky. As for anything else, maybe do a logo for the top but really the site looks great.

It's not bad, just a couple little things I would change. You have a left navigation block which has no kind of mouse over effect, and the text is kind of small. I think it would look better if the blocks were a little smaller, the text was a little larger, and the entire block change color when you mouse over it. Also, I would consider losing the dotted border in favor of a solid one. That's just personal preference but to me dotted borders just look rough and unfinished.

You should get a graphical logo instead of the text-based one.
