X-Cart integration with Quickbooks

I have and online store which setup on X-Cart, I have few simple queries

1)Is there any way to transfer all the product that I have in X-Cart to QuickBooks?
2)Is there any way to transfer all the product that I have in QuickBooks to X-Cart?
3)How do I inventory check that product are concurrent with QuickBooks and X-Cart?
4)How I update the QuickBooks whenever I add new product on X-Carte?

Xcart only allows a qif download...

On quick search on google I found a product eCommerceConnector, which synchronize the orders and match customer.
