Anyone have further information about challenges/success stories with mainstreet?

of the customers that have had challenges, are these companies primarily small companies with limited IT resources? or are they larger entities with IT resources in-house?

The beginning make you sign a contract after sounding very fresh. The CEO handles reasonably much everything but he makes is sound like a company with many sections.

The actual system seems like it could work beneficial, but apparently is not backed up by them. It just are being held back by them so bad we are repenting the fact that we chose mainstreet as our ecommerce system.
