CS Cart designer needed

I have purchased CS Cart and have it installed on Westhost. I am looking for a bit of a different look then they offer in the standard templates/skins. I mean I like the layouts, that's okay but I would like text/color/fonts/maybe borders arouns left hand nav to look different. I am working with the back end administrative panel but I can only do certain(easy) things like add a categorey and so on. I have read the manual some but it does not explain somethings. Like how do I add a big photo or flash image to my homepage? I would just like to hire a designer to help me make some slight changes to the "look" I have been reading the CS Cart forum and it is filled iwth a lot of info but some of it tough for me to interpret. Below is a response from one of CS Cart designers/PM. Maybe this is what I need. I am looking for something like trisports.com and/or sbrshop.com. Not nearly as many products just a "look" like that. It all functions basically the same(shopping carts) they just have a different look.

We can offer our design creation service which includes the following:

1. We will create a unique design of the "Home", "Category details", "Product details" pages of your store
e.g.
a) http://demo.cs-cart.com/ - Home page
b) http://demo.cs-cart.com/women-c90.html - Category details page
c) http://demo.cs-cart.com/puma-womens-...her-p1529.html - Product details page.

2. All other store pages will have a style and a color scheme similar to these three pages.

We will not add any special graphic banners, new additional sections and other features which aren't displayed in default CS-Cart. All these features REQUIRE additional design creation work and extra charges as well.
Please let me know if you have any special requirements or would like to add some new functionalities.

There are some questions that our designer needs to ask you before he can start
working on the design:
1. What kind of products will you offer?
2. What will be the exact name of your site?
3. Do you have a logo or any other materials that you want to use in your
future design?
4. Do you have any special requests (for example color scheme or something
else)? Please note that we cannot copy the look and feel of any web site we can only create a design similar to it.

Also this design creation will not include the logo creation. Logo creation service will add extra $145 to the total cost. Please let me know if you would like us to create your new logo.

The design creation service of such complexity will cost $406.

After we finish the design creation we will be able to offer our design integration service.

Integration of the design created by us without any special functionalities and graphical banners and which includes only default CS-Cart features will cost $319.
We will make the design integration service only for the storefront.
We will not make the design integration service for the partner area and back-end.

Unfortunately we cannot start working on this task earlier due to the high popularity of our custom development service and our pressure of work.

Beau - If no one here can help you, I bet you'll find that there is a support forum for CS Cart. You may be able to get the answers to your specific questions there without having to layout any money to a designer.

Also - please (and it may just be my personal opinion) NO Flash!
