    GoDaddy Hosting

We are looking to switch our hosting services over to GoDaddy.com, I would like to hear good and bad experiences with them? I have also heard that a site being hosted through GoDaddy could also have a negative effect on your SEO/SEM work. Is this true?

    Thank you

I've been using them for yrs. and recommending my clients to them. I have no complaints, but then mine is a simple info only site, not database driven.

Never heard that SEO claim either.

It depends on what you are hosting. For e-commerce I would not recommend them as I know several web masters who are very dissatisfied with them on that level and have moved their sites. For an html site I would think they would be ok.

I agree with Roban. For ecommerce...you will find much better hosting specific to your platform. If it is ecommerce, you should look for a good managed hosting service.
