A small contingent of current customers (of which I am one) have been trying for a week to get in touch with Izzonet's heretofore always-available customer service. No responses come to inquiries via chat, email or phone. They seem to have gotten ready for some platform upgrade in the last month, but now - nothing!
We're all scrambling for quick alternatives to keep our stores alive, seems as though these people have disappeared off the face of the Internet! Hoping that someone here may have heard something concrete ... ?
