    CRM (customer relationship management) is a relationship between company and its clients.It include services offered by company to their customer.successful business depends on current demand of customer.for that businessman need to know leading brands,new product development,pricing issues etc.better services you offer to the customer,more traffic you can grab for your business.Business intelligence support decision making.it's nothing but ability of an organization to take all its capability and convert them into knowledge.getting right information to right people produce large amount of information which leads to new opportunities for organization.this knowledge provide organization with competitive advantage in the market.market research is important for successful business.
