working with 2 columns in Word 2010

I am working on a service contract and need to set up a 2 column document with English text on left column and Spanish text on right side. How do I move from one column to the other?

To move or jump from one column to the next you’ll press Alt + Page Down to go to the column on the right (the second column) or Alt + Page Up to move to the first column.

    Hmmm!

Hello Roban...the Alt+ pg up or dwn doesn't work. Do I need to hold my mouth in a certain way? This is really a surprisingly confounding problem. I have searched every icon, checked every drop down menu, and can find nothing about moving the cursor from 1 column to the next...such a silly issue. Ken
