Rate my site - Felony friendly employer listing

Hello all,

I need some opinions on how my site at www.xamire.com looks and feels.
This is a directory service, for people with felonies to find employers that will hire them, in their city / state. It's brand new, and I'm just now getting employers to post. Please let me know what you think of the overall flow of the site. Are the colors alright? Does it feel pretty fluid, and easy to use?

at the home page, the sites description I guess,is written in two front...??
And you can consider putting the social networking buttons on upper parts of the site,may be at the top.

Yes, I had a plugin double dipping the site description. I fixed that. I would really like my social buttons more near the top, but I just feel like it adds clutter, but I will play around with it.
