    Anyone can edit a .gif and a .css file and call themselves a designer. Most of this stuff can be done in less than 30 minutes.

    I'm sorry but I haven't seen anything that I would pay good money for.

    Many ecommerce site out there have free and paid templates. It would be best if you try out the demo and try their free templates. You can edit the store design and see the changes in the storefront in real time using the CSS Editor.

    I use PrestaShop, and they have a great marketplace for both free and paid themes, and you can even submit your own to be sold through there as well.

    Or get a web designer to install a joomla content management system for you on a web host, make you a custom design on it and have whatever features your heart desires on it also
