    For SEO purposes, both are same. It depends where you post it and how long it takes your post to get online and indexed by search engine. I'm using Medium, Wordpress and ArticleBiz for me needs. While posting something to Medium or Wordpress, those are online immediately, while to get something to ArticleBiz takes several weeks.
