The difference between organic and paid results is how they are generated and displayed in search engine and other digital platforms. Lets understand in detail,
Organic results : They are listing on Search Engine Results Page (SERP) that appear naturally due their relevance to the search query. They are not paid or sponsored. Search engines use algorithms to evaluate website based on various factors like content quality, relevance, user experience, backlinks and other SEO strategies.
Paid results : Paid results i.e. PPC (Pay Per Click) or paid advertising is generally a business pay to appear at the top or bottom of search engine results. For example ads on social media and other platforms. It is typically done by bidding keywords and pay for clicks or impressions. The position of ads depends on bid amount, ad quality and relevance.
Both organic results and paid results are effective strategies for driving traffic and achieving business goals.Companies should use combination of both to maximixe their online presence.
