I work for a company that sells custom AI Chatbots for businesses to handle customer enquiries and collect customer information 24/7. Would you let an AI Chatbot handle your customer enquiries? and if not why?

I also think that using conversational ai is a good idea. I know that a lot of businesses prefer chatbots, but these two options differ greatly. Chatbots fulfill the function of automated customer interaction with the help of pre-defined conversational flow, rule-based commands, and keywords. Conversational ai is an advanced technology backed by natural language processing and machine learning algorithms. I personally find conversational ai to be better as unlike chatbots, they can intelligently interpret what customers want and provide a level-up response.

I think prefering chatbots is an effective way to increase the customer satisfaction.
