Melatonin can be helpful for occasional sleep problems. I've used it a few times in the past and it worked for me with no side effects. In the US and Canada it's available in drug stores and health supplement shops. It isn't expensive.

A lot of men face health problems because of the stressful job. And I'm no exception. I was diagnosed with ED, though I'm only 32. Of course, you can Buy Viagra Online, though you need to solve the problem. I recommend to change your lifestyle. Do sports, change nutrition, drink more water, spend more time outdoors, sleep enough (I haven't had issues with sleep, but I heard that cbd works great). Also positive emotions and change of the environment can help.

I would recommend that you see your family doctor and undergo a medical examination

Thanks for sharing, guys! I'll keep your suggestions in mind! I addressed a doctor. My health issues were caused by stress. I've already changed my daily routine and started doing sports. And I spend more time outdoors and drink more water. Also, I bought a recliner for sleeping (this review helped me a lot) that allows me to have a nap. I should say, all this really works. Though I need time to see more results. Anyway, I hope for the better

I think if you are really tired all day you will fall asleep immediately because you are tired.

Do you take any vitamins or supplements? I take Vitamin C and Vitamin D daily. They work as I feel good. Also, I've recently joined the enhance club that allows getting some working health enhancement products. I'm going to try them.

Health is very important. We should always physically and mentally strong enough to do our work. But the maintenance of our body incurred regular cost like medical treatment, nutrition, supplement and regular health care. To properly manage the cost, everyone needs health insurance, so that the cost should not be an overburden.

Yes, I care about my health. I try to live the right way of life, play sports, take vitamins, sleep well and often go out into the open air. But this isn't always enough to stay healthy and the worldwide pandemic has shown us this. I began to be more interested in medicine and figured out which drugs are effective and harmless to my health, and which ones can harm my body in the long term, given all their side effects. I began to more consciously approach the treatment of diseases and now, if I get the opportunity, I would rather take preventive measures to prevent any disease than I will hope that it will not affect me. For example, I recently found on this medical portal https://vssmt.net/ information about the VSS drug, which is used for the prevention (sometimes treatment, too) of various infectious diseases. These pills work very well with enhancing the body's resistance to any viruses (99.9% is a really excellent effect) and in 93% of cases facilitate the course of the disease in patients and accelerate the recovery period.

I run, meditate, workout, sleep 8 hours a day, try to eat right. This is the foundation that helps me to lead a healthy lifestyle.
