I think a lot of that is going to depend on your website and how it's built. if you are loading a bunch of assets, that might be the problem. Or maybe your server is underpowered.

Among the main causes of slow loading of the site:
    - Large photos. On the Internet, photos up to 900px are sufficient
    - Weak server (hosting) - usually in such tariffs up to 512 MB memory_limit, but this is not the most important speed parameter, just about the clock frequency is usually not written in the hosting description.
    - Website builders - most of them themselves are heavy. Although, this may depend on the tariff.
    - A lot of items on the page (all sorts of modules and plugins)
    - A lot of items on the site (the more items in the database, the longer it takes to sort them)
    - Bad Internet can also cause slow site load

    - Don't forget to optimize your website for all screens (smartphones and tablets), this is really important
    - Use CDN to speed up the delivery of your website's content
    - Minimize the number of HTTP requests
    - Reduce the size of your images and other multimedia files
    - Enable compression on your web server

Use cc cleaners frequently and have enough space on the disc, make sure you have a proper internet connection and speed ( good provider is a must here). Other than that microsoft customer service https://microsoft.pissedconsumer.com...r-service.html might know couple of others. For sure there are some programs which help you to deal with the loading issues and those guys are the once to ask about it.

Optimize images: Large image files can slow down your website. Compress and optimize images to reduce their file size and improve loading time.

Use a content delivery network (CDN): A CDN can help speed up your website by distributing your content across multiple servers.

Minimize HTTP requests: Minimize the number of HTTP requests by simplifying your website's design and reducing the number of external scripts and stylesheets.

I know our web guy said that image sizing was a big issue. You should aim for anything under 500KB/ 2400x1600px, but I could be wrong.

@Letme.shop is 100% correct in the points made. Image sizing and poor internet quality may be your main culprits, also the platform on which your site was built. I've seen a downgrade in website stuffing regarding text and unnecessary info, which you may want to look at too.
