I would also say "Know your Client Types" is very important. ....
Get other people to invest their time in your business... that way you can get more done for your business in 24 hours
Know your finances, know what you are making on every dollar spent. What is the lifetime worth of one of your clients. Look to increase that.
Cross selling is crucial to keep you going.
Get a client base ( a select few ) that you charge less that stick with you when times get rough.
Put money back into the business always. If you aremaking 50c in every dollar the more you put in the more you will get back.
Dont buy into technology too easily. Ive seen countless companies doin business in a modern way only to mess it up with trying something new. If you are going for the latest in tech make sure your salted employees the guys that kjnow your business are comfotable with learning something new, and research often case newer isnt better its just more novel.
