It is better to use “nofollow” and “noindex” because having nofollow links still affect your SEO and website ranking.

No, it's not gonna affect your SEO at all, as no-follow tag indicate google not to crawl that particular link which results in no link juice transfer

No, it's not gonna affect your SEO at all, but dont use more no. of times as it wont matter much to your website. instead of no follow try to use Do follow links which can help you get better ranking.

No follow link basically mean not to follow the link of the website as it link to no juice or traffic .

mostly social media sites provide no follow backlinks
no follow links doesnot hurt the seo ranking but they do provide good sites visitor if from good DA sites.

Any Submission site providing NO Follow link doesn't have any value in the SEO term. IF they are providing Do follow link then it's more valuable then this. The main reason behind this is Do follow will be able to index by google while the Nofollow attribute doesn't provide any Indexing guarantee.

AND for example - all areas of SmallBusiness are NO FOLLOW. (this includes signatures)
