    Marketing on a budget

Hi, I'm new to this forum so apologise if I'm asking this in the wrong place.

We've recently launched a new comparison website that allows people to filter and search for products via things like price, ingredients, weight etc. The site's gaining a great deal of momentum on Facebook but today that hasn't translated into sales from our site yet.

The problem is that we have a very limited budget and didn't know the best way of marketing this. We have a mailing list of just over 3000 email addresses but having looking into email marketing this would cost nearly £2k with MailChimp so at the moment can't use that.

What's the best way of getting our site out there so that people are aware of us?

Thanks in advance for any help.

If you are a "comparison website," what is it that you sell?

We don't technically sell anything - just refer people to different seller site but it's a comparison site for equine products. Saddles, bridles, boots etc.

If you have mailing lists then you can do the email marketing and can send your messages related to your business.

Hello! First of all, write down the minimum forms that a person will have to fill out to collect data. You can set up automatic mailing of letters to mobile phones and e-mail without resorting to unnecessary costs. All you need to do is hire a good SEO specialist and then an email marketer, possibly for a project job. Ultimately, a professional approach always gives more profit than an unprofessional

What do you think about some offline marketing items like those lapel pins from https://www.pinsource.com/custom-lapel-pins/soft-enamel for example? I think they are really good for this purpose too, have a look there

The cheapest and fastest way is probably Facebook Ads. Next to that, we got Google Ads and SEO. I've seen some people promote their service with Youtube too, even though it takes some specific skill to pull that off.

With small budget one thing you can do is to create a social media page and boost it with dollars. Upload good pictures of your product so that people after seeing your product whether they need it or not they leave by putting a like on your page. That is how you will get plenty of of traffic and with time you will be selling lots of products.

    Why Not Email Marketing?
If you are currently participating in other types of Internet marketing but not email marketing you should seriously consider why you are avoiding this type of advertising. This is important because email marketing can be a very important part of any Internet marketing campaign. Many business owners avoid email marketing for fear of being accused of spamming. Internet markets may not have a clear understanding of what is spam and what is not so they avoid participation in email marketing campaigns to avoid the potential for being labeled a spammer.
