The difference between E-Commerce and E-Business rests in basic definitions because E-Commerce handles online purchasing and selling functions yet E-Business operates as a wider framework that manages operations together with digital customer service and logistics operations. The realm of E-Business includes E-Commerce activities as one aspect although selling online products only represents a portion of E-Business operations.

Very interesting article! It's important to understand that E-Commerce and E-Business are not the same, although they are closely related. As a freelancer in the E-Commerce field, I can confirm that I primarily focus on online sales, marketing, and managing e-commerce websites for clients. This is the very aspect that is at the heart of E-Commerce: buyers and sellers interact through the internet, and everything is done quickly and efficiently. What especially impresses me about this industry is the constant development of technologies and tools that allow for significantly simplifying processes and making business more accessible to everyone.
In Finland, we often combine these two approaches ? E-Commerce as part of a broader E-Business strategy, especially when it comes to integration with other business processes like CRM or supply chain management. This allows for the creation of more flexible and adaptable business models.
From personal experience, one of the biggest advantages of working in this field is the ability to work with clients worldwide. E-Commerce allows me to engage with different markets and create products that go beyond local borders.
Regarding the future, I believe that the integration of AI and automation, as well as the growth of mobile commerce, will significantly shift the balance towards a more efficient and personalized customer experience.

In short E-Business means using the internet to run all parts of a business, like marketing, customer support, and communication, while E-Commerce is only about buying and selling products or services online. So, E-Commerce is a small part of E-Business. For example, someone running a 15k vape business online is doing E-Commerce when they sell vapes on a website, but if they also use emails for customer service and social media to promote products, that becomes part of E-Business.
