There are a lot of tools that may help you measure how your e-store is doing. But it's hard to immediately determine what exactly you need to use. Here is the list of some tools I think useful:
    - analytics tools:
Google Analytics tracks funnels (referred to as “goals”), that help track any changes in users’ statuses during their journey through the e-store. It tracks almost everything! But, when it comes to tracking events, this tool leaves much to be desired. Plus, if you need to process big data, you should use the premium version.
MixPanel provides real-time data. MixPanel functionality also includes A/B tests and user-survey forms. This tool is the perfect solution for you if you’re mostly interested in clear customer segmentation, retention analysis, and tracking events.
    - Business intelligence tools:
Sisense, SAS, Tableau, Oracle BI, Microsoft BI Tools, SAP BI, etc. They gather raw business data from various sources and structure it in order to provide you with insights. They also have predictive capability, which allows it to determine the likelihood of future events using online analytical processing (OLAP), data mining, data modeling, and forecasting.
    - Email Marketing Tools:
MailChimp is a freemium tool for email marketing that provides you with in-depth reporting at the end of your advertising email campaigns. With MailChimp, it’s easy to create your own templates, or choose and customize readymade ones from a large collection.
GetResponse is a user-friendly tool that offers unlimited mailing, Google Analytics integration, and a variety of other advanced features.

I have found all these tools here . Some of them I've found relevant, but some were not suitable for my business.

If you have set up your google analytics property properly, you can see pretty much anything you want, no third-party tools needed. YOu can view user flow, a different metrics such as dwell time, clicks, impressions, bounce rates on each page f your website. You can segment this into locations and even further into which channel a user came from such as organic search, paid search, or social media. You can filter devices and demographics

Google analytics when understood is really the all-in-one analytics tool ( from a user usage perspective ) you could ever need for a website and with all that information finding bottlenecks and identifying problems in your sales funnel is easy.

It does require a good knowledge of data concessions and segmentation and some analytical skills.

If you are looking for something simpler get yourself a screen recorder like hotjar art track users as they move through your site. You will see visually how user move where they hesitate what they skip and what catches their attention.

You could use Mixpanel for tracking customer behavior and KPIs across websites and mobile apps.

    Lead Feeder

    AWstats on cpanel.
