    Using social media is a good way to work on your customer service. A lot of people leave reviews (both negative and positive) and others rely on them. I personally look for customer service solutions at PissedCustomer (you can find out more about it here https://www.mycustomer.com/community...hrough-reviews) as this platform is aimed to help consumers and business owners to meet the expectations each other.
