What do you do when you have been scammed?

    Hello forum,

I am sure that I do not have to explain to you that eBay does nothing when online sellers have been scammed. One of my buyers turned out to be another scammer and he took the item and received a refund. I would like to ask you what can I do now in order to prevent this person from placing another fraudulent order?

    Thanks,

I don't do eBay but I know there is a lot of info out there...

    1. Document the heck out the item you send as to its condition
    2. Send certified registered so that you have proof someone signed for delivery

I have a friend that tried to sell a fairly new smartphone.... His but it now price was $350.... Someone in another country bid $800....which was a red flag.

    Thanks, Steve

One of my friends just told me to sign up for an online fraud prevention tool. I haven't check the think yet, do you think it will help me? I saw some comments about it, but still not sure if its worth it.
