Am new to forum, looks good, some very useful stuff here.

We as a business currently use a group controlled IT function which will eventually be closed down due to a number of reasons.


They currently host our Remote Desktop and Exchange server.

We have found somebody to host our RDP but their costs to host the Exchange server are quite high and to cut costs could we transfer all email addresses and host the exchange server in house. We have adequate racking available.

If so:
What hardware and software do we need?

Licences can be obtained from current IT.
