Help! Our small business was held for Ransom this year & we lost all organic traffic

I am new to this forum, so please excuse me if I am doing anything wrong. Our website was held for ransom earlier this year and we lost our organic listings.
We brought up an older version of or website and are in the process of upgrading to the latest platform.

Looking for tricks, tips, suggestions, comments or anything that could help us. We are great at manufacturing but lacking with how complicated everything else.
