What "Bump" means in forums? Is it any useful concern to SEO

As I have heard this word "Bump" for first time. So it is any useful in forum or in SEO?

Please share your expert knowledge concern to this in order to understand this more clearly.

Never heard about this term in SEO.

Never hear about "Bump" in SEO, maybe it is a new world for SEO hope , i google it for nothing ....

I am in business for 10+ years and never heard this term.

Maybe ensuring a particular thread to be at the top of the list or they are bumping their forum post count.

Bump means Bring Up My Post. As it clearly seen that it about bringing up any old post
