Any suggestions regarding document scanning services in Toronto ?

I need some suggestions regarding document scanning services . I'm running an IT enterprise company in Greater Toronto Area ( GTA). I was planning to approach a company offering document scanning services in Toronto. But I don't know much details about their work. Have you ever consulted them for any document scanning project?

What about their service cost? Are they affordable? Will they charge more as I'm an entrepreneur? One of my friends told that they are good and told me to proceed with them. But I would like to consider some more opinions. Do you know more about them? Please let me know your suggestions and comments. Expecting replies. Hope you will find a solution for my problem.
