The web is so simple, a site that offers software should be flashy. The title head is too much contrast. It does match with the bg color. Use of flash would be better to show your soft as slides. And the left-right list are better than top-down list. then you can add scrolls to make it look like you offer more.
There are my suggestions. You can either take it or drop it.
This looks great to me, easy to use.
Love all of the colours also!
It looks pretty good. If i was to change anything i think i would say there is too much going on. Consider simplifying your category structure.
