I am not a expert However, I think the most important thing to be successful in e-commerce is website design and contents then the effective marketing and SEO tools are important.
Kindly add "Pick a niche you know" to your list. What are the business exact requirements and how to ensure that their requirements are properly fulfilled.
The content, web design and your target keyword of your e-commerce sites and also the SEO techniques that you apply in your site.
I think Better website which will introduce your product and service.Good marketing .seo friendly website which will help you to get some more good client.
