Any suggestions in my site how I will increase its PR?

It's a pretty clean, visually engaging site. You have 4k links and about 100 indexed pages according to Google.

any suggestion how to increase the PR for this site?its been months already that its PR is 4...:(
The only really effective and reliable way to increase PR is to get links from sites with higher PR.
Well PageRank is really about pages. Each new page that's created on the web, as long as it's indexed by Google, is assigned a small amount of PageRank. Linking funnels PageRank from one site to another (unless the link is no-followed) So to add PageRank to your site, you need to add lots more pages (add a blog to a subdirectory, add more product pages, etc.) or build links from other sites.
PageRank is exponential. So going from PR0 to PR1 is much easier than going from PR4 to PR5. The stuff you see in Google's toolbar is outdated and probably inaccurate anyway. It just makes webmasters feel good, but doesn't actually show the real PR you have.
The real question is why do you want more PageRank? I would focus on increasing my site in the SERP's for my keywords, not just gaining PageRank.
Pages are assigned PR on an indivdual basis, so ... how is adding page 3 going to increase the PR of page 2?
This is the question i want to focus on, how can we increase a PR if you are on page 2 going to page 1? and how can you climb up to page 1 and be on the top 5 of google first page?...any ways?i read articles and blogs that explains how but then I am confuse because of different softwares offered for every increase of PR..SERP, does it mean to be included on the top ten of a search engine's first page?Quote:

Its pretty well design website. If you need to increase PR than you need to make backlinks more like submit your website to directory, article directory, social bookmarking etc.

IMO, some of your keywords/phrases are good and you rank quite well for them. Others are not so good as they seem very competitive. With those, you're up against a wall. Try going around instead of over the top. Be creative. Think of some more, and different, keywords/phrases that no one else is concentrating on.
Also, I didn't check ... how's the keyword density on your pages?

There is some debate about effective density and what the SEs might consider overdone or spammy, but you should include text that is a natural fit to the info you want your visitors to see. You have keywords and phrases entered in youe META data/tags but those keywords and phrases do not appear on your page. If you don't put them in plain text where your visitors (and the SEs) can see them, there's little point in having them.
Just make sure you use your keywords in plain text on the pages ... where real people can see and read them. Density should be about 10-20 uses if the page is mostly text. As I said before, make sure it does not sound spammy when you read it aloud.
The idea is to use the keywords as much as possible WITHOUT being artificial or sounding contrived ... in other words, spammy. Have someone not associated with the page read it to you. If it sounds unnatural or spammy, it probably is.
More than one keyword or phrase? So much the better! Get them all in ... but remember to make it sound natural.

Give it time. Sometimes it takes a while for the SERPs to settle down. But keep watching. It's also a good idea to look at what the sites above you are doing as far as on-page SEO. Check their meta tags, etc.
I am really confuse Old Sarge about the SEs last week, i dropped to 7th position, then to 3rd then to 2nd then to 5th.....grrr...

A few weeks. But keep following what happens. Make good use of your tools to see what happens with traffic as well as your placement in SERPs. Look at the tags of your competitors, especially any that rate higher in SERPs than you.
It's a long learning curve. :)
