ILUVGHOULS -:) I suspect most of the people inour class have experienced the same problems we have. 48 calls in two months with only three resulting in actual conversations with tech serv? Yeah! This is how they do business. Contact this individual and file your complaint immediately. Make mention of our being in the same on line class. Did you notice that, in the classes, Clickincom spent more time pomoting its proucts for us to buy and sell on our sites AND selling Clickincom for a commission than teaching us how to get our sites up and running??
There are also two actions against Clickincome you may want to check out with the Department of Consumer Protection in Utah. One is DCP Case No 63693 which is "Administrative Citation Amended" which states that Clickincome was sued by a group of people who canelled within the three days and did not get their money back. These people all purchase Clickincome products between March 10, 2008, and May 29, 2008. The second is a settlement by Clickincom in favo of the Consumer Protection Division which states (Case No 59107) that Clickincome "violated certain provisions of the Utah Business Opoortunity Disclosure Act, UTAH CODE ANN. Sections 13-15-1 et seq(which means and following): "sold Business Opportunities without being registered witthe Division to do so and without making the approprite disclosures required by the Act. To date, the Division has received 72 consumer complaints, which if validated by the Divisioncould carry a potential maximum fine of $360,000.00. All 72 complaints arose from transactions that occurred outside the State of Utah between the years of 2002 and 2007; however, payment and fulfilment of product an services were conductedi in Utah." (That simply means they ran your credit cards and got paid at a Utah address.) When I attended the seminar, I was so overwhelmed at the end of the day never even conidered checking them out online. Did you? Hope this helps. Complaint can be filled out on line. Good luck. Keep posting and get others into this thread. The more I learn about Clickincome, the more I know we have an intrastate class action suit against them. By the way, wha they do IS considered fraudulent and deceptive under UTAH CODE 13-15-4, "Information to be filed by seller -Representations." Clickincome has never complied with Utah law to file specifics of how they represet what they are selling nationally. Interstate commerce laws may also apply as the product and payment cross state lines. Since the total lawsuit would exceed $50,000, a class of complainants could file suit in federal court instead of state courts and make a much higher claim as a group that doing this individually. My claim is already in the final stages. Clickincomes standard line is that I'm requesting a refund outsde te three day limit. They answer no specifics, probably for fear of getting locked into their misrepresentations and fully prosecuted. This battle has just begun! Hang in there!      :D

The shopping cart issue is one I dealt with, too. My problem arose because I wanted PayPal customers to be able to order and pay through my Clickincome site, but they cannot because Clickincome software does not support PayPal. My site was up for two months - completed - but the shopping cart never worked. It was also a terribly amateur catalogue and shopping cart setup.I tried tech support - they said it looked fine. My site was quite nice when completed, but it never worked. No hits. No orders. Friends couldn't access it to offer suggestions. Mention this to Brittany when you file your complaint.
That all sounds really helpful, but the BBB is a powerless entity.. You probably need to do what I did to get money and you will probably need to do it FAST.. I called over there and NOBODY I have talked to in the past is there. First time posting but I am MAD and I want everyone to know what they really need to do. You HAVE to contact the Attorney General. The BBB does nothing. As nice as they probably are, I have never talked with this Brittany person, but I did speak with the Attorney General in NC and Utah and Got throug to a Michael Pitts. THAT is who you need to talk to... only the attorney General has the power to do anythign to them and you had better act fast I think they are trying to hide.
 The BBB in Utah is quite effective in negotiating settlements between complainants and Clickincome. Check their record v. Clickincome. I'm working with Kevin Olson in the AG of Utah's office and BBB is also in contact with him. Clickincome only responded to 3/48 calls and voice mails (not including emails!) and the PA AG still says they can't handle this because "this office is primarily responsible for preventing the use of unfair methods of competition and unfair or deceptive acts or practices in the conduct of any trade or commerce which affects individual retail consumers. Unfortunately, your problem appears to rise from a transaction with a company offering home business opportunities....you may wish to seek private legal counsel or contact your local District Court Magistrate" So. If we file a complaint with our LDM, win, get a judgment, and have to hire a lawyer to collect it because Clickincome still doesn't pay?! what have we gained? Nothing, and now we owe court fees and attorney's fees as well. I want more than some or all of my money back, and I don't want to get further in debt with these people! I want Clickincome out of business or, at the very least, not selling in my state. The way to do that is for every person ripped off by Clickincome to contact BOTH the Utah BBB and AG office and file complaints with both. I believe the end result is that BBB is building a solid base against Clickincome which the AG can use to take action. Safety in numbers, right? It's a larger issue than one or two people getting burned by Clickincome. They are doing this to seniors and others who NEED additional money and are, instead, getting stiffed by Clickincome and left without a workable product. UTAH CODE ANN. 11-13-4 addresses what is "unfair or deceptive" in their state. Check the legal actions of the Utah AG v. Clickincome. It doesn't hurt to get this on file with your on state's BBB and AG also, especialy if your AG is up for re-election in November as ours is. Thanks for your comments. We need to keep building this core group of dissatisfied customers.
By the way, it may interest you to kno that Clickincome is operating in Utah, but incorporated in Nevada. That's commonly done because of favorable incorporation laws in Nevada.Check statutes or Utah, particularly,:D UTAH CODE ANN 13-11-4 :D ( I typed it backwards in the last post -sorry). Most states post their laws/statutes on line. Very interesting read. Go for it!:)
Ooops, Bonnie I made it sound like I was attacking your advice. I was not and I think you are doing a GREAT thing. I should have received my money back from a cancel WITHIN three days, filed a complaint with the BBB the company responded with a "you will receive your refund, but we cannot unfortunately give you a date." That is BULL, The AG told me 30 days was the MAX and if they went beyond that There should be a $2,500 fine issued to the company. It sounds like there are a WHOLE lot of people not refunded and I don't hear anything about Clickincome being fined. Anyone know anything about this..
In NC is it a local Magistrate who directed me to the Utah AG. Maybe I was a sucker for buying.. My fault, but I did cancel, and not receiving a refund is their fault, and Illegal. Someone more powerful than me needs to do something.
What you are saying appears to be typical for Clickincome. You weren't attacking - just as frustrated as the rest of us! Hang in and keep after Clickincome, too. Check: Consumer Sales Practices Act, UTAH CODE ANN. Sections 13-11-1 et seq (and following). In the "Administrative Citation Amended" DCP Case No.63693, it is stated that "Respondents (Pangaea Group Inc D/B/A Clickincome Inc.) failed to make the refunds within 30 calendar days after receipt ....It shall be a deceptive act or practice in connection with a consumer transaction for a supplier who has accepted a deposit and has received from the consumer within a reasonable time a valid request for refund of the deposit to fail to make the refund within 30 calendar days after receipt of such request. (4 counts charged at $2,500.00 per violation, for a potential fine of $10,000.)." that amended document was served upon Clickincome  on August 28, 2008 , so they are almost out of time to respond.:) This document would not have been created if the AG's office didn't see a pattern among the four original complainants in AZ, GA, MN, and IL on whose behalf the AG of Utah filed DCP Case No.59107 on October 29, 2007:D . The more complaints the AG receves re: Clickincome, the better. Also check http://le.uth.gov/-code/TITLE13/htm/13_15_000400.htm. ;) :D
I finally got a response from Clickincome on my complaint filed through the Utah BBB. It was not a response I was hoping to get . Somebody named Ben said it was unfortunate that I am "outside the contracts cancellation period and we will not be able to provide you with a refund. At no point did Clickincome fail to provide the services you contracted.".
They did offer 6 additional technical training sessions to help me get my website up plus suggested I call their technical support during business hours if I needed help. Last time I talked to their technical support I was insulted for not already knowing the answer to the problem.
I have several days to reply to their response and right now I do not know how to respond so I will sit on it a few days.
What is amazing is how I was charged $4,995 for an executive package that others were charged $4,000 for. They seem to have different prices for the same package according to where they are. I guess I was really taken.
I have a complaint going out today to the AG in Utah (actually the AG site sends you to the Utah Division of Consumer Protection to file the complaint) in hopes I can get Clickincome to refund my money. I hope someone can offer some advice for me that will help get results.
Has anyone received a refund after several weeks?
Thanks to all who post here for your suggestions and support.
John D.
Bonnie, that link you posted above (http://le.uth.gov/-code/TITLE13/htm/13_15_000400.htm) does not seem to work. Could you test it and repost it please?
Thanks. I hope things are working better for you, please keep posting here.
John D.
I WAS RIGHT! whatever supervisor I was talking to at clickincome is now gone! but his suggestion was to contact my credit card and demand a chargeback.. that is the ONLY way to get money short of filing suit now appearently. When I demanded to talk to the "person in charge" i got someone that only knows how to say, your refund is being processed... FOR FOUR MONTHS! I also found out that they are now doing business under the name of Empwronline and Empwrbuilder! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

When I bought my facy schmancy kit I got a little dvd thingy in there that was "Winning with Online Auctions" Made by Mike Simes. Strange speaker- could never find him on ebay and he studdered during his speech. When I talked to their ebay specialist he said that kit was about 6 years out of date... AND London you say, well, that must be how they are escaping the AG lawsuits here in the states. Watch out for them and warn your friends. They are located in Utah.
JACK: I went to that seminar in London. I'd like to get in touch. do you recognise this guy from anywhere? http://www.keystomakingmoney.com/bio.html#Quote:

Hi
I attended the workshop last week-end in London, Novotel Hammersmith, and registered for their executive package. After what I have just read I am absolutly scared of what the future holds working with them. The course was expensive but they sounded so professional and ...honest.
I'd like to hear about other people in London who have signed for their package and like me after a bit of the niggling feeling and some suspicions (they said they would contact us on the Monday after the workshop and it took them a week to do so...) ended up making a search on them and found this forum.
Humm!!!!!!!!!!!! Have we been scammed???????????
I would say YES. There are a million products out there to make money on Ebay and build your own website FOR FREE!!!! And nobody is getting rich doing it. Try and cancel and write your experience with that on here so everyone in England will know.
Hi Frankie and thank you for your reply. I have had now a second phone call with Empwrbigbill and it doesn't sound good at all. The phone call didn't last long because their shark of a salesman put the phone down on me when I categorically refuse to "Upgrade"to their marketing package(help of a mentor, banners, advertising...) which he offered for £ 4,100 something like $ 8,000...The call was not to welcome me or explain what was going to happen next. It was about this marketing package, and this is the only way I can (according to him )start making money. The Executive package I bought last w-e is for the website and the help of the "Techy" as he called him...but after that, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN AND GOOD LUCK TO YOU. and the phone went dead. Wooo! I was shocked and cruelly reminded that even if I didn't want to believe any of the testimony above...Just because, i needed to stay in denial a bit longer and why not give other people a second chance...I may have a bit of a task ahead of me. So, now??? I'll get in touch with their U.K office (if they ever answer the phone because last week their voice mail was full and not taking any calls). Any body out there in London, who is dealing with Empwronline, please get in touch....and share your experience. Thank you.
PROBLEM - We have paid Clickincome $20,424 and have made one sale in a year. Our garden website (greatgardenstore.com) does not even register with Google or other search engines even after we have spent hours and hours on development.
Problems encountered: 1. The Clickincome warehouse of drop ship items cannot be used. Tech support admitted problems but said they were revamping the catalog. Many items had no descriptions and pictures. 95% of the warehouse items were not suitable for sale or overpriced. If there would be any useable items they were sold in a day or two. I was unable to use any items and paid $100.00 to set-up an account with another warehouse. 2. Clickincome's software and templates are very limited and have too many glitches. We were unable to add more keywords, add or reduce space, bold, or change fonts when needed. I was unable to meet Search Engine Optimization (SEO) requirements to land top positions with Google or other search engines. We were unable to be connected through Clickincome to e-bay with items we sold. Tech support could not help. After weeks I found out that Clickincome did not accept any item over $100.00 - it had to be a two digit number due to their inadequate software. Action Analysis Pro (a $599. value) has never worked. They say my ID number is invalid. 3. Their tech support is inadequate. Many tech people could not solve my problems or gave incorrect information. They never returned a call when a tech message was posted for them on their website. They don't answer the phones during their hours of service and rarely call back when a message is left. 4. Our "advanced mentoring person" rushed us into choosing anything to sell. Later I was told our site was too diverse for a high Search Engine Optimization ranking. That "advanced mentoring person" could not answer Clickincome software problems but referred us to tech support. Most meetings were 10-15 minutes in length - not an hour as promised. One week he failed to call to cancel our appointment. Rarely did he review our site - he had his own agenda.
Yes, they definitely have their own agenda...and one of them is to keep you paying...Since my last posting I have called the U.K office and they are no more than a broker company, dealing with payment basically. They were very nice but said that every complaints should go to the U.S.A as they had nothing to do with it. When I rang their free toll (I hope...) number in U.S, the girl said somebody will call me back and of course three days later they haven't done so. So it means, so far to me, that I have spent few hundreds £ on a course that nobody bothers telling me about, and keep ignoring me because I will not pay them anymore money as i refuse to be scammed further. I am currently looking into legal action and if somebody has any suggestion, please let me know. By the way, a lot of other sites are reporting on their "sharp tactics" (always in the framework of legality but certainly unethical). I just couldn't find any positive statements about them. People who were signing up at the same time as me last week, seem to be going ahead with it and believe the "caca" speech about making a six figure income within a year...YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!! God help you!!!!!!!!! -meet you in a few months down the line after they have got you into paying few more £££££££££££££££ (@ 0%...Aria financial, maybe?) on your credit card and you'll never see any return on it, BUT YOU ARE THE ONE LEFT WITH THE DEBT. Do you want financial freedom or financial slavery?????????????
Maybe I am the only one in U.K having the feeling of having been conned or is the rest of you still fast asleep? Please share your experience, good or bad, about EMPWRONLINE/CLICKINCOM.
I was able to a little research in to their internet registrations.
For those that aren't clear or new people in -
CLICKINCOME IS EMPWRONLINE
EMPWRONLINE IS CLICKINCOME
dont' let them fool you. Although I contacted a new buyer of Empwrbuilder and it isn't the same website builder I have, so they changed that, probably to better fool us old clients. But the customer service is garbage and I haven't found one person in the 30-50 or so I have contacted online that have made a dime. I was even told some of them had to sign a waiver saying they COULDN"T talk about clickincome in order to get some of their money back.. WHAT A BARREL OF CROOKS!
I hope they come back to North Carolina and I hear about it. I will have to whole lot arrested for fraud!!!!
Hi! I just went to a meeting last night in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada! Richard Hoffmann was the speaker for EmPwrOnline. We signed up for a workshop which was only $20. We have tickets to go see Micheal James. Any info you have about these people or this company would be really helpful! Thanks!
Dear Hatcatgirl,
if you read the postings right from the beginning, those are the people that you have seen/going to see...They are the scammers, yet they are probably just being employed by Empweronline/Clickincom...and not self-made millionaires through their business on Ebay, as they are going to convince you that they are. Micheal James is also known as Micheal Symes...Run a search on him and you cannot find any trace (except one Clickincom-poor-website). Yet, he is somebody whose business is the Internet. Those are the people who came to London nearly 2 weeks ago and are operating under the name Empwronline (Clickincom in the U.S.A)...
And yes, I also signed up for a workshop which was only £ 20, just like anybody else reporting on this site ...and for the rest, I am more and more convinced that I made a BIG MISTAKE by getting involved with these people.
By the way, I am still waiting for them to return my phone call...
I was at the London Seminar -- Have we been scammed!!! Yes is the answer. I nearly got scammed again by believing their story about advertisements etc but fortunately for me my bank refused to honour the payment saying the merchant involved is a security risk. That was when I started thinking. I had tried to check them out before the 2nd seminar with Michael James but of course nothing came up - since they have now changed their name from Clikincome to EmpwrOnline so I thought they were credible.
The problem is what do we do now? Anybody out there willing to fight for their money? I am game. They can't go scot free. Also how do we warn other people especially in UK. Do they even have an address? I think they have now exhausted the US and are moving down here asking for bigger amounts than they do in US. Please may I hear your inputs on this if you are one of those people who attended Hammersmith and signed on!! Can we join together and do something? I AM VERY ANGRY!!!!
Hi,
Good to see that people from London are finally reacting on this one. Yes, I am absolutly game to get my money back so please get in touch. As far as warning other people here in the U.K, we just need to keep writing on this site and also get in touch with consumers association. Consumerdirect is part of the office of fair trading and are already warned about them. Watchdog is also a good programme to get in touch with and if you reseach it more on the internet, especially recently there has been some comments written about them on Ripoffreport (one from Canada, where they seem to have been recently and one in the U.K). Newspapers (Metro, Lite...) can also be informed and they'll be delighted to look into it.
I have been happy with Empwronline, so far and found the workshop at the Novetel very helpful. I have used some of the tips i learned at the seminar on ebay and they really help my sales go up. I was frustrated about customer service at first, because of the time zone difference. Once i found out the correct times, they have been helpful. I like that i can call up to midnight and have someone help me over the phone.
I think i got a great value. The business plan empwronline taught at the seminar was sound and they said succes would take time. Using the tips Ilearn about ebay, have increased my sales. It was frustrating at first about the cusomer service, not getting through on the phone. Whne i learn about the time difference they have been very helpful. I am excited about the future.
I attended the London empwr conference and found it very informative.
My ebay sells have increases with the tips I learned at the seminar and I
have found the empwr website very easy to use. The only complaint I have is that it was difficult to get hold of the customer service dept. I didnt realize the calls where taken in the US and there was a time zone factor. When I figure that out, I found the service proffessional, and the hours of operation here in london from 3pm till midnight. I like that better, because I usually do work on the computer at night. I am all SMILES:):):)
I was at the Novatel Hotel in Hammersmith at that Empwronline meeting. I thought it was wonderful information for £ 20. I remember the guy who has posted on this blog from reading his messages LAtisses11, he is a network marketer!!! Wanna talk about scams, they where passing out literature about their company at this paid event, promoting "Finacial Freedom" that how I recognized his post. They where ask to stop, which upset them, it still must make them mad, as you can read, So I would not give his post much credence. I thought the business that was offered that day very exciting. I tested the system that was taught and it seems to work. It did take them a few days to get me properly set up, however that is the only bad thing I have can report.
No,no,no Bellaji, I am not a network marketer wanting to boycot Empwr, well oiled and scripted, sale speech (interesting how much people can make up their own story about others that they don't even know...). Instead, I am a good woman who has paid nearly £2,500 for a service she still hasn't received. And really, whether you think you recognise "me" or not doesn't really bother me...Instead, I am more interested about hearing of the achievements of Empwronline and the website that they are building for you , once it is done please give us the address so we can all check it out...By the way, have they given you websites of satisfied/very satisfied customers, with their websites up and running taking them to "financial freedom".
So did I think that the business that was offered was exciting but I certainly don't want it from them anymore...I am looking for other avenues for "financial freedom" (and here, sorry to disappoint you, but I don't have any product to promote). Wishing you very best of luck but watch out next time they'll offer to teach you how to use your credit card creatively...Next, they will tell you that by the time you have put their next "upgrade" course on your credit card, you won't even have to pay for it because you will have made some many sales that the course will pay by itself...and by the sound of it, you'll will fall for it untill like, NJW (and many others), you realised that it was only a good sales man speech that they have given you...This is the reason why their £20 seminars feel like a million dollar to you, so they get you ready for the bigger numbers...This is where I didn't see it coming, and my radars were off that day (Damn it!!!!!!!!!!!!).
And by the way, have you read from page 1 to 10 of this forum? How many people report, I am talking about the ones who have been dealing with them for a solid amount of time, doing fantastic business with Empwronline/Clickincome? And why as a company they have changed their names to operate in U.K and Canada?Surely, they would want to do busyness banking on their successful brand name... Wouldn't you?? ClickIncomeInternational??? for example... Why is Micheal Symes, called Micheal James here in U.K? ...How many of their reports are positive, anywhere on the Internet, apart from yours and bidgl, who seems to take a very, very,very... long time working out a simple 7 hours time difference.
I was hoping this forum would be about positive ideas on making more money with eBay. The Empwronline trainers I have had, have been very helpful and taught and gave me some terrific ideas
It is obvious you are still angry about getting caught,
passing out your "get rich quick" scheme at the training. I thought what your group did at the training was not professional
and I think you posting negative comments on here is wrong!. How many people have you scammed with your "Get Rich Quick Scheme" or How much money did you make with your network marketing business in its first 3 weeks?. I think anyone who reads this post now realizes you are disingenuous and a fraud!!!!
I was hoping to find and share more eBay Ideas, unfortunately, this seems to be a forum where people are too negative to want to make a business succeed. I will not waste any more time here.
Dear LAtisses -- don't waste your breath. It is the scammers themselves who are putting up these positive messages. Can't you see?? Open your eyes. I mean look at Bidgrl, three similar messages sent within minutes of each other. Who do they think they are fooling?? We know better now!!! You know Jack Patel put a link on a previous message regarding Michael Symes/James remember? I tried to follow that link and the site had been removed. The scammers are aware of this forum and are sending messages every now and again to counteract the truth that is coming out about them.
Please if you are out there do not be scammed again about those positive messages. OPEN YOUR EYES. LAtisses, I have been busy this week but next week I am going to find out how to get legal action against them, who to contact etc. I will be keeping you informed. First of all I will be getting in touch with the credit card people. They have a department that deals with things like this, they will tell me what to do to get my money back. We have to come together collectively to take legal action - it wil be more effective. But how do we get everyone together? Any ideas?? I will keep you posted of developments when I get in touch with my bank on Monday.
Lots of unfounded accusations Bellaji but not much of an answer in the way of my previous questions. Have you come on this site to divert the attention and pick on the people who are genuinely affected by scammers...in fact it just occured to me that you are part of the scamming team called Empwronline yourself as you are so keen to accuse others...and defend them...So because you are gone now, feeling so hurt and frustrated, I will never find out what day of the week-end you were there and what time, so that somebody out there will be identifying if you are saying the truth because on my seminar there was nobody giving anything out , nor causing any trouble, all was very quiet.
And you know, i actually like this forum because this is how I found out about scammers like Clickincome/Empwronline ...Otherwise I'll be "Ms. angry latisses" all on my own...Interesting that you believe I am a woman now, when on your first posting you were so sure I was "the man who was giving out leaflets"...Good that you are leaving this site because I am finding myself wasting time answering stupid messages.
YEP!!! Kissi1933, I wish I had seen your thread before I spent 10mns answering the scammers. You are right, and saw right through it, they have no choice to come and counteract the truth now that it is coming out here in the U.K (but also in Canada, there has been 2 postings on ripoffreport.com and one on this site from people who have had business dealing with them other the past week in Canada). When Jack Patel and Yumyum raised the alarm here few weeks ago, I actually went straight to the website you mentioned (yes, it has now been disabled) and it is a flimsy, unsignificant website, boring even. It was advertising Micheal James/Symes as the self-made millionaire of Ebay and the usual picture of the single father with the two daughters kissing him...and sure enough it was a Clickincome website.
As well as your bank, please do get in touch with consumerdirect as they are a direct branch of the office of fair trading here in the U.K and people have already been putting complaints to them. They have giving me some advice...Not to be disclosed here for legal reason. One of the other advice I got from friends of mine in America is to file one more official complaint(addiing to the more then 175...) to the BBB, as they are an American company. Yet, they do have an address in the U.K called Hilite in Longfield, those are the one that pick up the money and on the Empwronline.co.uk, they give this address on the remitance section. Looking foward to hearing from you Kiss1933.

clickincome is in severe trouble financially and has recenty laid off up to 20 people with another 10-15 quitting throughout the week. even there h.r director is looking for a new job and there v.p troy stevens has recently started his own seminar company based out of draper utah and will be leaving shortly along with speaker mike syme. they are currently only doing seminars in canada and the u.k and are operating under emprwr or empower online as the clickincome name is so tarnished now. it will be suprprising if they do not file for bankruptcy soon or if there c.e.o bryan mcadams or there c.f.o derick gurley dont shut down the company for good
Like I said before, if you haven't gotten your money back you need to do a chargeback on your credit card. If you wrote a check, then I just feel plain sorry for you. Empwr and click will close their doors and you will get nothing. Your site will be taken down and your materials worthless since all the training is about using their sub-par product. I am sure if we look we can find this Deric Gurley, and Brian Mcadams- or for that matter Troy Stevens listings online. Maybe we can start calling them at home and asking for $10,000 more to make our $5000 work. GET YOUR MONEY BACK QUICKLY!
YES -- SOONER THAN YOU THINK.
Have you seen the Metro today? 6 November 2008. They are coming back!!
The venues are:
10 Nov -- Sofitel Gatwick, RH6 0PH
11 Nov -- Ramada - Brighton, BN1 2PP
18 Nov -- The Woodlands Popular Suite, Swanley, BR8 7BT
19 Nov -- County Hotel, Woodford Green, IG8 9NY
20 Nov -- Hilton - Docklands, SE16 5HW
Times are 10AM, 1PM AND 6.30PM -- Of course they are starting with the 2 hour free seminars. I sincerely hope that people will do a search on them before they go and pay any monies to them. This time of course there is enough on the Internet to warn them.
I am hoping that all the people who have been scammed already will go to one of these venues to confront them. Obviously, considering the reports coming out about their scam, they have to get in there quickly and do as many scams as possible before their true colours show up and everyone in the UK knows.

Recently there have been a handful of individuals that have been dissatisfied with our services. We do want to state, as always, Clickincome is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and continues to work towards improving its services and systems. We acknowledge that we are not a perfect company and have had some growing pains over the last 8 years. We like many companies have experienced periods of amazing growth and admittedly we weren’t always prepared for the increase in customer service demands. For that we can only apologize and strive to do better in the future.
We remain committed to our clients and reasonably resolving all issues. Clickincome prides itself on it continual growth and a focus on providing the best possible tools and educational experience for your online business investment. As of November 2, 2008, we have begun to migrate our current customers over to a new website building system. To that end we want to make you aware that a total migration with the number of clients we service will take time. The process can take anywhere from an hour to a day depending on the size of the site.
One can expect any company in business this long servicing the public to have complaints in forums like the BBB. At Clickincome we work very hard to come to a mutually satisfactory resolution on all issues that are brought before us. We will deal with each complaint on a case-by-case basis and consistently endeavor to provide an amicable resolution.
A very common misconception is that those who purchase our programs are purchasing a strictly a website. This is only a small portion of what they have purchased. What they have actually bought into is an online business venture. Some of these packages do contain various online business tools like merchant accounts, custom site designs, internet business mentoring, online auction education classes, search engine optimization services and much more. So the misconception that all they purchased was a websites is not an accurate statement.
We urge you to contact Micah at Clickincome directly at (edited by moderator - contact information not allowed) to have any issues addressed as quickly as possible. You can also reach customer service at (edited by moderator - contact information not allowed) or you can email customer service at(edited by moderator - contact information not allowed). We highly encourage anyone to immediately contact us with their issues to identify and address your concerns quickly. We are here to help you Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM Mountain Time.
We would like to also address that there is currently a common misconception that has been put out there by a former disgruntled employee Clickincome is affiliated with the company EmPwrOnline. While both companies do both offer similar services and operate out of Utah, they are actually different companies.
America enjoys freedom of speech and we here at Clickincome honor our American heritage and welcome any and all comments and feedback. Remember that anyone including our competitors and former disgruntled employees can post negative blogs. Many negative blogs and forums are meant to drive traffic to their own site and are posted by individuals who have never been involved with the Clickincome program in any way. Websites that boast negative reviews of products or services are generally trying to sell you something they produced or relabeled. This is a common occurrence in any rapidly growing industry like web site hosting.
Clickincome and is enjoying over 8 years in business and has thousands of successful clients and students and we look forward to continue serving our customers for years to come.
Respectfully - Clickincome
Hello All,
This was just brought to my attention, I thought I would let everyone do their own research:
Clickincome just got charged with 30 counts of deceptive business practices regarding 22 customers in 13 states plus Canada.
If you file a complaint with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection, I'm sure they'll help people in the UK too if they're helping some in Canada! Please do so at http://consumerprotection.utah.gov
Have you seen the most recent post in the discussion thread -- someone at Clickincome/Empwr Online posted. They're in such denial and so brazen!
Here's the latest reason why, the 30 counts of deceptive business practices:

This is a small portion of the email I received and deleted by request. Just goes to show what I was told by the company and what we almost all agree too on this forum.
