If the article is good, the webmaster will be happy to accept it, but make sure it is a good article and that the site you link back to in the article or resource box is a decent looking site with good content. I've found the most successful to be press releases personally, i've got over 100 visits to a forum in about 4 days (it was a forum for joomla based small businesses, not big news). 100 hits isn't heaps but it wasn't major news, . If you have some juciy news the major news networks pick it up and you'll have thousands of hits within hours. i've heard seos say they got 15 sales within 2 hours of releasing a press release.
I went to your channel, and it appears that a somebody needs a cipher to commence the place. If so, how would feat traffic from Google ameliorate if the customers from Google would not screw a encipher? Maybe I'm missing something.
