here is not one place as well as most of the free sites do a adequate job of repelling visitors. Of course the outcome depends entirely on how well the bring out is written. Most of these sites offer advances for a fee and you'll have to determine if it's worth it to you.
prlog.org for me is the best. Approves your PR in a jippey.
I heard of PRweb but did not use it. Would be great to hear which one is really the best and the easiest to use.
I would definitely say PRWeb. They are one of the biggest in the business and used by most big companies. Their service isn't cheap, but you very definitely do get what you pay for.
