Length matter in SEO because Google spoke person Matt Cutts already said that they define the length of the Title and Description tag and it would be 60 and 160 characters. In our old title if you are suing two keywords in that length then its fine and in the new title you have only keywords then you will definitely get some loss of some traffic from that missing keywords.
Title tag length matters as some some search engine only display first 65 characters in title tag. Similarly some search engine display 120 characters. So it is better to optimize the title tag length and keep it to 65 character for Google...
I don't think this is true,because The title tag being the most important tag should contain your business name and some key words or key phrase that you are optimizing for.The main purpose is for to improve search engine ranking.
If your title tag is in between 60-70 character and you have included your main keyword or site name in it then there is no reason to worry.
