Suggestions are always welcome if anyone has any.

To keep everyone updated, I've made an attempt to improve local search ranking by placing an emphasis on Louisville, KY on all pages. So far I have noticed some increase in rankings, but not as much as I would have liked.

Any suggestions concerning this and or anything else on my site are most appreciated. I might also be considering hiring a freelance programmer in a month or two if anyone has any recommendations. Please message these to me if you would. The programmer must be proficient in PHP/MySQL, Javascript, and possibly Ajax. Thanks so much!
