do not buy into clickincome
I was reading through all these comments and complaints about clickincome, and I want to say I AGREE to all the complaints. We joined last year and yes, we paid so much money as what everybody did, and didn't make money. And my big complaint is...once you're in and they can't really force you to put in anymore money, then that's where all the customer service fails. You ask questions and don't getg any straight answers. And now that we try to close our account, they are just giving us hard time and even start charging for things that we shouldn't owe. I am so looking forward to putting a complaint to business bureau.

There are testimonials from users in the Spring/Summer 2002 issue of Home Business Journal, which is passed out at the seminars. I have tried to contact these people. One email is undeliverable, one site no longer exists, the others simply do not respond. Guess they don't want to give any advise.
As for using something, then asking for a refund, if you use something and it works as it is supposed to, you would not expect or ask for a refund. However,if you purchase something from me and I can't deliver, I'm pretty sure you would want your money back. Right? If you purchase a car (or anything else) and it doesn't work, you expect the dealer to make it work properly or give you your money back. Why should Clickincome not be expected to do the same?

Imagine a person who had no experience to this kind of business, but yet was convinced that you will make money with this busniess (that's what they would tell you when you attend the seminar), and you are willing to risk so much money because, thought that you will get all the information and support that you can get. Then there it goes, your first call from clickincome, was all about making money which that's what everybody wants---but then----you have to put in more money in order to make more money. And when you let them know that you're not putting that much money, simply because you don't have that kind of money...guess what happened????? You're pretty much on your own; You ask questions and never get straight answers. You call regarding billing information, and they don't return your calls; And now that you want to close your account permanently, they try to ignore you as long as they can, or even give you runarounds. Then once you talk to them, then they try to charge you things that you shouldn't even get charged before you can close your account. Well just so you know, that's exactly what happened to me! I didn't ask for my money back, all I wanted was to cancel since I worked so hard for this stupid website, devoted most of my time to have set this whole thing, and tried learning as much as I can, but never received any good support from clickincome. So why would I even stick with them and pay for that monthly payment. But no, they don't let you out that easy. After dealing with them for about 5 months now just trying to cancel this stupid thing, now they decide they will just charge me first before they close the account! Figure that out!!!!!!! I am so glad I found this website and read all the complaints about clickincome. I knew it wasn't just me who had problems!
