Question about taking Paypal

Paypal is my favorite online payment method. It is highly secured which is why the program is accepted worldwide. However, the service is not available in some countries.

The best thing is to add PayPal as an additional payment method because there are a lot of people that prefer PayPal, but never your main payment option. Always as an additional method.

Yes, Paypal is a much more established brand in payment solutions than Google Checkout. By placing trusted logos throughout your website, you can expect a increase in your sales conversions

To tell the truth , the Paypal is very commen payment , and i have used it for one years, and nothing serious happend to me .

It is an online paying method. To me, it is the best way to transfer money. i haven't used it yet, but heard a lot good about it.

are there any risk using pay pal account?

Been taking paypal for around 5 years and had no problems at all. It does take quite a large fee of around 3.4% but you can get this reduced by signing up for Paypal's Merchant Rate, where the percentage will go down according to how much you money you make. ie. if you earn over £6000 per month the percentage goes down to only 2.4%

100% agreed with this. I find that adding PayPal as an additional payment option helps to boost sales yet when it has been used as the *only* payment option, the opposite can be true. I'm sure others have had different experiences, but that has been mine over the years.

I prefer to use a traditional merchant account to accept the payments and then just use the PayPal IPN method to give those who want to pay using that the option to do so.

You can do PayPal Website Payment Standard or Pro...Pro is a merchant bill where you can accept credit cards correctly from your website.
