UPS and Fedex (for me) have actually been some of the most reliable companies. Of course, that very well depends on the location because sometimes shipping providers are only good in certain regions.
What I'm actually curious about is the service for picking/delivering inventory in Brooklyn. For budgeting purposes, obviously, he's sticking with them instead of UPS and FedEx. The quote they gave him for the products was fairly cheap.
Anyway, if anyone can provide me with some sort of advice, it would certainly help too.
I keep changing companies because I keep becoming fed up with them. I started with FedEx, went to USPS Priority Mail, and now I'm with UPS. I haven't encountered any of them to be what I think they ought be, but your options are limited.
