I think this is the problem (or one of them) - you should point out more closer that you have something to sell:Quote:

Currently it takes me to select a brand from the left (where I assumed just to get general information, there is no "shop here" label), then choose a watch from the list to get more details... and some of them are sold out or currently unavailable (this should be stated at the previous page, so I could save myself reviewing items not available).
Also having some shopping-cart like options directly on your homepage would be a good idea - searches (e.g. by manufacturer, by name, by price range, by type), product hightlights... something like that.
