Sorry, missed the ERP requirement, saw 'all-in-one' and figured there's a module for everything. There actually several professional ERP integrations for ZC (CK-ERP) but I have not used them.

Wow, I am suprised no one mentioned prestashop.
It has everything and plenty of modules to add on to.
I use it with success and so do my clients.
I teach people to use it to make great online stores and they have been very happy with ease of it and also its SEO friendly.
