Hi
I haven't seen the original but the current website looks OK to me.
Keep up the good work, no website build in a day :) specially if you don't hire a professional.
I should know this. I'm the COO and now I'm designing the company website too.

Well there is a lot going on. It is a little busy, might not be a bad idea to tone it down little bit
I just recently changed my layout and my logo on my website www.inkreloaded.com please let me know if it is easy to use and what i can change to make it look better thank you
Nice site. But.
Do you offer discounts to large customers? If so, it is not obvious.

Good job on the design but I do have a suggestion....
NEVER let your business grow faster than you can keep up and don't promise products you don't have in stock in case of customs issues or whatever it might be.
I purchased from your site. It has been nearly 3 months and I've been lied to on more than a few accounts as to when it would be here. That is bad business.
You don't answer your phone, or email and you leave people hanging. Plus, others say your product doesn't work or leaks.
Fraudulent claims WILL catch up to you. Never associate yourself by using logos of organizations that have nothing to do with your product.
I'm a little bitter yes because I trusted you in good faith. It's too late for me to file a Paypal claim and I'm beginning to think you told me you would deliver all those times, just to get by the system.
I'm not the only one here. Have you seen your ebay feedback? Why are you even selling? You have a LOT of damage control to do if you will even be remotely successful.
Also, offering 30% off future order to people that haven't even got the first one is quite insulting.
Word of mouth is GOLD! I'd do EVERYTHING I could to make things right if you don't want to be a sinking ship.

it looks pretty nice, if more feedback regards the products will be helpful !!
Nice site, but you must work on your meta tags (keywords, description). I'm currently a bit lazy, but you find on this forum posts from me often discussing this topic (feel free to search for them ;-)
You are also using no "alt" attributes for your images (you use them, but they are empty). However your site consists of much graphical text. So note that graphical text cannot (yet) understood by search engines, since most of them simply ignore pictures; instead of, they are using the text at the "alt" attributes.
If your webbrowser has that ability, try to turn off image loading - than you see your website likely the same way as a search engine does.
Personally, my experience with refill inks is worse, more than - I ruined two printers (both from Hewlett Packard (one sold as Apollo)). Not really expensive ones, but seen the fact that my intention was to save money...
Anyway, this may say nothing about your service and likely your product is outstanding. Just take care that the instruction guide is as detailed as possible and describes each and every step that must be done to refill a cartridge. Having a video is a good idea :-)
By the way, I found some bugs on your site... http://www.inkreloaded.com/hp/ contains entries like
amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;!-- .style1 { font-size: 24px; font-weight: bold; } --&amp;amp;amp;gt; inkreloaded System for HP 78 / 45 Cartridges * No
which should be interpreted as HTML. Guess you have missed a closing ">" somewhere ?
