Importance of Google PageRank

But I personally believe that PR is important but it is not connected with fluctuation in SERP.

I agree with you. Importance PageRank is almost a myth used to sell backlinks. The real focus should be on creating quality content.

Getting high page rank in Google means an improvement has occurred in the website and as a result there will be a large amount of traffic in the website too.

The thing that I know a PR can bring as a form of change to a web based site is the fact that more traffic will be coming in.

Obtaining a page rank in Google is the sign that your website has improved, which will result in great inflow of traffic to your site.

PR can be a myth, but we still need to try to keep our rankings high to get more traffic. Am I getting the idea or not?

PR is not a myth. It's very real. However, very much of what you hear about PR is not necessarily true. For instance, an increase in PR will not necessarily increase your traffic, nor will PR contribute much at all toward higer SERPs.

In truth if Google say PR rank is important, it becomes very difficult to ignore!

Where does Google say that PR is important?

Yes we do not know when the website can to 10

As far as i am getting the right amount of traffic on my website i am not bothered about the PR status of my website but its good to bee seen on the top search results from Google.Also if PR is high you will get more traffic.

Not necessarily so. AS HAS ALREADY BEEN SAID ON THIS THREAD.

Google page rank only shows you on the top of its page so that you can be searched and find easily,but its the services you provide and the content that helps you get ranked among the onlookers.
