I think it needs toning down to be taken seriously. The logo graphic is too over the top and "cartoon-ey". In fact the whole main page has a bit of a "K-tel greatest hits of the ____ era" feel about it. I would re-design with more mind toward presenting it as a serious business, rather than late nite local tv ad feel. That's just my gut reaction.
Hi,
I would advise you to have a new logo to create some brand identity, I would suggest to remove the download information on home page as the home page content should talk about your product and what problem it solves for customers and then highlight some of the features right below that ..
Let your home page not be more than a scrollable page size and create some quick links such as SecuKEEPER,Best Choice of File Encryption Software and Purchase your copy today and win! Only US$29.99! links to seperate pages...
In your features page why dont you list all your features and hyperlink them to screenshots so the user can read the feature and see the product in action (screenshot)
On the home page make sure to have the product box image so it gives the user they are buying a product also get some customer testimonals and list a customer statment on home page too ...
I think you need to re-think the layout of your homepage. It feels a bit cluttered and looks a bit amateurish. Put more information about the software up front, scale down the logo and move the download info to its own page. I hate having to scroll so much to read a page so IMO I think that a lot of the info that you have on the homepage should have its own page dedicated to these topics. I agree with JPnyc that you really need to get a professional logo created for your site. All I can think when I see that is WordArt. You have a well reviewed and award winning piece of software. You need a website that will instill confidence in your customers and encourage them to buy. Make sure that the quality of your site design reflects the quality of your product.
