shopping carts

I am helping a non-profit create a website and they want to implement a shopping cart/e-commerce system.

We want a shopping cart that allows us to enter the products into some sort of database or flat-file and have the shopping cart software generate the shopping part of the web-site, where the products are listed and the other e-commerce type features are run.

The key feature would be that the product entry and product handling are as user-friendly as possibl, since these people are not computer people at all and I dont want to become a web-master or tied to this project.

It would be nice if this were a self-contained package that could be run on their existing website/server. we didnt want to have any more interaction with a 3rd party then is required for the credit card processing. Being a non-profit they need to keep as much of the money as they can.

Based on this requirements could anyone suggest a few products or at least point me in the right direction?
