Best accounting software for consulting service

So i am an inspector...my inventory is almost nothing! what i need i order....labs will only send stock that way. Other than that i have billing, fuel, insurance....standard expenses. What would be the best accounting software for me to use? Ive been told quickbooks because i dont have alot of inputs. Any light shed on this problem would be quite helpful.

I can't exist without Quickbooks but I'm a beta tester and I get it free. If I had to pay for it I'd be looking for another solution.

Quicken would probably do well for you.
